You’ll be using your knowledge of autism and de-escalation techniques to create a safe, predictable environment where this child can thrive.

• Has solid experience supporting pupils with ASD

• Is confident managing challenging behaviour

• Can stay calm under pressure

• Understands sensory needs and regulation strategies
