EYFS Practitioner
Finding the right role shouldn't feel harder than getting a room full of little ones to put their coats on first time around. At Protocol Education, we're here to make things simple. Whether you're looking for flexibility around life outside of work or a long-term role where you can settle in and make your mark, we've got opportunities that work around you, not the other way round. Alongside weekly PAYE pay, you'll have a dedicated consultant by your side, free CPD opportunities and support that feels genuinely helpful.
Qualified EYFS Practitioner – Tiny learners, big impact
Finger painting masterpieces, story time adventures and celebrating the excitement of learning something new for the first time. Early Years isn't just about teaching, it's about creating the building blocks that children carry with them long after they've left your classroom.
We're looking for a passionate and qualified EYFS Practitioner to support welcoming settings in Brentwood. Whether you're looking for the freedom and flexibility of day-to-day work or a longer-term placement where you can become part of the furniture (the good kind, not the tiny chairs), we'd love to hear from you.
What your day could look like:
• Supporting children in their learning, play and development
• Creating engaging activities that spark curiosity and confidence
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing and fun learning environment
We're looking for someone who:
• Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• Brings warmth, patience and a positive approach to every day
• Understands the importance of learning through play
• Loves seeing little moments turn into big achievements
