The role

You'll be:

Supporting students with behavioural, emotional and social needs

Building positive relationships that help pupils engage with learning

Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and families

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies

Providing classroom and intervention support where needed

Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

What we're looking for

Experience working with children or young people, either in education, youth work, coaching, care or a similar setting

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Resilience, patience and a positive attitude

A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH or challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
