Head Porter (056jc) – Bournemouth - £30 – 35k + Benefits

My client is a who are a private residential mansion block of about 100 odd apartments based in the centre of Bournemouth are now seeking a recruit a Head Porter to manage a small team of porters.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

You will be reporting to the Management team, and your role will be the day to day duties will consist of:
• Day to day management of a small team of porters
• Organising staff rotas
• Dealing with contractors
• Assisting with resident queries
• General Site Security issues
• Liaising with the managing agents
• General up keep of the building and surrounds and highlighting any issues to the managing agents and the internal management team.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be physically fit, with good organisation and communications skills.

This is a site based role only and you will be working Mon – Fri, however you may also need to work other times to cover sickness and holidays.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is seeking a low profile, low stress role.

In return they are offering £30 – 35k salary with 4 weeks holiday.
