A well-established, mainstream secondary school in Birmingham, proudly rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher to join their team immediately on a full-time, temp-to-permanent basis.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons within their subject specialism across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  • Plan and assess effectively to ensure strong student progress

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

  • Contribute to departmental development and wider school life

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management

  • Is adaptable, resilient and committed to raising standards

  • Works effectively as part of a team
