Are you a passionate and caring Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for a new opportunity this September?

A welcoming and thriving mainstream primary school in Battersea is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their Early Years team. The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:

  • Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Foster children's communication, social, emotional and physical development.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • Support whole-class learning, small group activities and individual interventions.
  • Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
  • Have experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • Be nurturing, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding care and education.
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Be proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be passionate about supporting every child to become confident, resilient and successful learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
