Sen Teacher
Looking for a teaching role where every breakthrough matters?
Some days it's a child using a new word for the first time. Other days it's a pupil feeling confident enough to join in with their classmates. In SEN education, the wins might seem small to others, but they can mean everything.

Creating a positive, structured learning environment where pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn

Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements, no matter how big or small
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience working with children with SEND, either in a specialist or mainstream setting
Are patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education
Can adapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of learning needs
