Protocol Education works closely with welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Bristol that are looking for multilingual individuals to support children in the classroom and help them succeed.

Many of the schools we partner with have pupils who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL), making bilingual and multilingual staff an invaluable part of the school community. Your language skills can help children feel understood, build confidence, and access learning more effectively, while also strengthening communication between schools and families from a range of cultural backgrounds.

Whether you're supporting pupils during lessons, delivering small-group interventions, or helping children settle into school life, you'll play an important role in creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, values diversity and inclusion, and wants to use their language skills in a rewarding and meaningful way. If you speak another language alongside English, we'd love to hear from you.
