You will work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure robust programme controls are in place and that contractual obligations are fully supported. A key part of this role will involve delay analysis and claims support — identifying programme impacts, preparing entitlement submissions, and working alongside commercial teams on EOT and compensation event matters.Key Requirements.. Minimum 10 years’ Planning experience within civil engineering or building.Extensive experience using Primavera P6 (essential).Strong understanding of NEC contracts (highly desirable).Proven experience in delay analysis, EOT assessments and claims support.Engineering or technically-led background preferred. The role offers a degree of flexibility, with time split between the regional office, site and home working.
