Ready to take ownership of your very first classroom, with the right support behind you?A welcoming and well-led primary school in Gateshead is seeking a Reception ECT to join their Early Years team full-time, working 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.This is not a sink-or-swim role. Delivering engaging phonics, early maths, and play-based learning</li><li data-start="974" data-end="1028">
Building secure routines that help children thrive</li><li data-start="1029" data-end="1078">
Working closely with an experienced EYFS Lead</li><li data-start="1079" data-end="1137">
Receiving weekly ECT mentoring and structured feedback</li></ul>

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
